Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax & move freely. Think yoga pants, sweats, or anything soft & non-restrictive. Avoid tight waistbands, zippers, or accessories that might distract you. Layers are helpful—you may feel warm or cool as energy moves.

Not everyone feels energy right away. This isn’t about chasing sensations - it’s about opening, softening, and allowing. Some people notice the impact hours or days later through increased clarity, emotional breakthroughs, or deep peace.
While possible, we strongly recommend lying on a mat or blanket on the floor to stay grounded and fully present. Cushions are recommended to provide you support if you have joint issues that will distract you during the session.
You remain fully conscious and in control the entire time. You may experience involuntary movements or emotional releases, but your body will only do what it’s ready for.
Many participants report feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally clear, or deeply connected. It’s also normal to feel tired, energized, or reflective. Integration is key—drink water, rest, and journal if you feel called.
The full event runs approximately 90 minutes, including an introduction, the activation experience, and time for integration and Q&A.
